Who is this for?
Local trades and service businesses who want more 5-star Google reviews and to actually show up when people search for them, without the hassle of doing it themselves. Is an onboarding call required?
No, I just need access to your Google Business Profile and we're off. Happy to hop on a call first if you'd rather talk it through though.
How long does it take to set up?
Usually one exchange to get access to your Google Business Profile, then we're working on it within a day or two.
Is there a contract?
No. We like to say we're easy to work with and easy to get rid of. Just message me and you're cancelled, no exit fee, no retention call.
Who actually does the work?
Me, Ben. No account manager, no offshore team, no support ticket queue. You message me directly.
How much does it cost?
Depends on what you need, GBP and review management on its own, or that plus Google Ads. Tell us a bit about your business and we'll give you a straight number, no sales pitch.
Can you remove a bad review?
No, and anyone who tells you they can is lying, that's against Google's policy unless the review itself breaks their rules. What I do instead is proactively get you more real reviews so one bad one doesn't dominate your rating, and reply to it properly.
How often do you ask my customers for a review?
An initial request plus a couple of gentle follow-ups if they don't respond, never a flood of messages. If you're worried about pestering people, that's exactly what we're managing so you don't have to.
What if a customer already left a review?
We're not going to ask someone who's already reviewed you to do it again. The whole point is finding the happy customers who never got around to it.
Do you have review widgets?
Yes, I can add a live feed of your real Google reviews to your website so visitors see fresh proof without leaving the page.
What about Yelp, Facebook, or other review platforms?
Right now I focus on Google, since that's what actually moves your local rankings and what most people check first. Happy to talk through other platforms if it matters for your business.

Do you work with businesses outside Melbourne?
